Applicant records are stored in the website database for recruitment reference verification. Administrative login uses a necessary session cookie.
The database can store applicant contact information, job assignment details, status, dates, and administrator notes. Public verification returns only the approved recruitment fields.
The public verification form accepts the reference code or passport number saved by the administrator. It does not request passwords, OTPs, or bank details. Passport numbers are used only for exact record lookup and are not displayed in public results.
Administrator pages require login. For production deployment, use HTTPS, a strong unique admin password, server backups, an appropriate retention policy, and any legal/privacy notices required for your organization.
